The level of support our Transaction Coordinators provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their businesses to the highest level.--Our exceptional commitment to our agents and our customers requires a background check and real estate license to join ULTERRE. The Transaction Coordinator maintains and monitors transactions daily, assists agents in drafting and organizing documents and reports, answers agent questions, and provides any other needed support.--You will be communicating with multiple parties on transaction status and will work closely with internal operations personnel, and other service providers as needed with the goal of a smooth closing process. Responsibilities* Build excellent rapport and nurturing relationships with associates, vendors, and clients.* Document tracking and archiving for all real estate transactions.* Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely manner.* Review all documents uploaded to SkySlope for accuracy and completeness.* Continually communicate with agents to coordinate and confirm closing dates and any other changes to pending transactions.* Assist with contract questions, amendments, and direct agents to appropriate resources and vendors as needed.* Coordinate with agents regarding all MLS inputs to ensure accuracy and completion.* Assist with Commission Disbursement Authorizations and data entry to ensure proper settlement to complete and archive each transaction, including assistance with inputting all necessary information into company client databases.Qualifications* Real Estate License Required.* In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination, including MLS, SkySlope, DocuSign, ZipForms, Remine, xpressdocs, Microsoft 365, and Outlook are a plus.* Excellent oral grammar and writing ability.* Reliable and dependable.--Ability to self-manage, respond quickly, multi-task, and prioritize daily workload.* Impeccable attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to complete all tasks efficiently and effectively to meet all deadlines with a high level of accuracy.* Respond well to stress and keep calm in all situations.* Warm, engaging, inviting personality. Motivated to provide excellent customer service.* Entrepreneurial and results-driven. Goal focused & coachable.Principal Office LocationFort Worth, TexasEmployment TypeFull time with opportunity for growth to Operations Manager.Combination of remote and on-site work.Pay range 30,000-50,000 + bonus, benefits. Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
