**** This position is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US*****The Global Process Solutions Partner (PSP) - Compensation/Workday within Portfolio Functions is responsible for designing end to end process solutions for the compensation Centers of Excellence programs and tools. This includes designing, enhancing and refining processes necessary to support the global compensation team.The Global PSP will act in a techno-functional role being the expert in Workday Compensation and responsible for planning, managing and testing all the Compensation-related functionality within Iron Mountain's Workday system.Key Responsibilities:* Project Work--- Iron Mountain has a number of critical programs underway in the Rewards domain, of which this role would play an integral part.* Ideal candidate is an analytical-minded self-starter who is eager to dive right in and make an immediate impact on the Global Total Rewards and Global Process Solutions team.* Partnering with the Compensation team, the PSP is responsible for performing in-depth analyses, drawing insights and conclusions from data, and improving global processes.* The Process Solution Partner is responsible for understanding CoE strategy and translating it into simple, operationally sound end-to-end solutions across our service delivery framework and in partnership with other internal and external teams. The end-to-end solutions are inclusive of identification of Workday technology requirements and desired functionality and/or enhancements in support of the CoE strategy. The role requires solid Compensation knowledge, as well as knowledge of various Workday modules (HCM data and organizational structures, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, etc.), business process design and configuration and data management.* The PSP will collaborate with our Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team and leaders throughout the organization.* Perform analysis of existing business processes design and identify and evaluate possible re-configuration/ solutions in response to business issues and challenges; proactively recommend continuous improvement opportunities* Interact with with third party configuration consultants* Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and our external vendors to solve moderately complex business and technology problems* Provide process expertise to aid in the resolution of escalated (Tier 3) process questions or issues from the Regional Service Delivery Hub team; liaises with CoE as needed to get resolution* Work with Regional Service Delivery Hub team, CoEs, and GSPs to obtain and vet process and technology change requests related to functional area; works with CoEs, GSPs and suppliers to test and sign off on Workday configuration changes.* Coordinate with the Rewards CoE and Regional Hub teams to ensure Service Delivery Hub Tier 0 and Tier 1 documentation is maintained; maintains IRM process documentation related to functional area* Ensure Regional Service Delivery Hub team is communicated to and trained on new processes and updates to existing processes (train-the-trainer); coordinates communications* Work closely with Regional Service Delivery Hub Teams to understand the "voice of the customer" and explore continuous improvement opportunities.* Manage continuous improvement efforts between Regional Service Delivery Hub, GSPs, CoEs and technology suppliers, adhering to IRM and supplier change control and demand management processes; may act as a project manager on these efforts, as neededRequirements:* This is an internal client facing role with assigned responsibilities that will include acting as a primary/lead consultant on Compensation projects regardless of size or strategic importance. Superior communication, consultative and presentation skills with solid technical abilities to lead client engagements.* Possess expert internal client management skills that includes capturing of business requirements, providing options and sharing best practices within the Workday ecosystem, as well as participating in business development discussions to deepen relationship* Workday Certification in HCM, Core Compensation & Advanced Compensation preferred but not required* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.* Completed 3-5 compensation focused projects within the Workday ecosystem.* 3+ years of Workday experience in a global company* Knowledge and execution of Workday project management methodologies* Must have led or been a part of implementations specific to HCM, Core Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation.* Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities#LI-remote
