Kelly Services Inc. is currently seeking to place multipleCustomer Advocates in temporary-to-hire opportunities for a well-known healthcare company in Richardson, TX.Snap Shot:Pay rate is $15.00/hrType: Temporary with opportunity for Full Time ConversionWork Hours: 9AM-6PMWork Days: Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays may be requiredCustomer Advocate Job Duties:Respond to customer telephone inquiries within a call center environmentProficient problem-solving approach to quickly determine customer needsProvide resolutions by delivering accurate information while following performance goals and objectivesResearch complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issuesConduct follow up calls with customers to provide updates and ensure issue has been resolved in its entiretyQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1 year call center experienceAbility to prioritize and multitaskProven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changePC navigation and data entry skillsGood oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of medical terminologyPlease note:This position is not being recruited for by your local Kelly office.
