Description:CCC Retention I:
- This is a non-licensure role within the Customer Care Center.
They work hand-in-hand with CCC PA2
- They will be measured on asking if they was to hear more about
the products ("Drive and Save"), if customer states YES they will
transfer them to a PA2 Rep.
- Provides customer assistance with routine customer service
inquires that require licensing including complex payments, policy
changes such as coverages and deductibles, added and/or replacement
- Completes simple transactions to add or replace products on
- Learns and applies product, industry, and market knowledge to
make recommendations to policyholders
- Provides feedback to management regarding process
- Explains coverage and insurance terms clearly for existing
- Answers more complex policy related questions
- Can make adjustments to policy coverages/advise customers of
various options they have with their insurance plans
- Handles and average of 20-30 calls per day
- Answers calls relating to financial services from agents and
- Processes financial service transactions, including electronic
fund transfers, illustrations, values/disbursements, tax questions
and premium inquiries
- Processes transactions involving external companies and
reinstatement of policiesSkills:
