In an effort to support Store Management and Guests-- Candidate selected for this position will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including supervising employees and effectively communicating with customers-- to help them make educated buying decisions by informing them of all qualifying offers.Requirements:Natural LeaderExperience: Sales, Retail or Customer ServiceBasic Computer KnowledgeGreat Numerical SkillsExcellent CommunicationBilingual English/Spanish is a plusResponsibilities:Ensure that each guest receives impeccable service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging everyone.Use listening skills to understand shopper's needs.Apply product knowledge and techniques learned during training to recognize sales opportunities and help guests make their selections.While remaining focused on every detail, operate POS software.As needed, reach out to Tech Support department for assistance with troubleshooting customer order issues; credit checks, inventory availability, outstanding balances, etc.Maintain an awareness of all current promotions and advertisements, including competitor offers.Job Type: Full-timePay: $62,000.00 - $64,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid trainingSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
