Role Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily management and operation of the Five9 system, ensuring our call centers meet and exceed our goals.
Monitors systems performance and executes optimizations to drive revenue in a cost-efficient manner.
Identifies and executes optimization opportunities.
Troubleshoot problems and performance issues and escalates same as required to continually drive productivity.
Professionally communicates status and resolutions of issues in a timely manner.
Creates, modifies, and terminates users, campaigns, skills, and other settings within the Five9 platform.
Provide on-call system support responsibilities when necessary.
Support other internal systems that work in conjunction with the dialer.
Promote and maintain an ongoing working relationship with other technology and service departments and partner with them to support our call center environment.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment through effective communication with peers, customers, partners, and senior leaders.

Requirements
3 years relevant experience administering VoIP telephony systems in a Call Center environment.
Exceptional sense of ownership and business orientation.
Knowledge and understanding of call center operations.
Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call support when necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust focus and workflow based on changing deadlines and needs.
High proficiency in acquiring and learning new skills working with software and analytics.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Excel skills.
