Position Summary
ID Media is the Direct Response arm of Orion Worldwide and Mediabrands. Employees are ID Media's most important asset. The Account Executive plays a crucial role in the development of media plans in accordance with the objectives and strategies developed on assigned account(s), executes TV media buys, and manages media campaigns. Additionally, this role helps to coordinate all day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client's product or service.

Job Responsibilities
Contributing to the development, implementation and monitoring of media plans
Acts as a liaison and strategic partner between the client/partners and the agency
Generate and analyze performance reports with observations/insights and buy management changes or recommended optimizations on an on-going basis (including weekly or bi-weekly issuance, talent report, flowcharts, posts or ad hoc reporting as need)
Ensuring that media campaign manipulations are executed and schedules incorporate historical learning and adhere to buying specifications
Provide clearance updates to clients based on weekly prelogs and facilitate and gather media rate
Completing the ATB (Authorization to Buy) forms in accordance to approved plans and distributes signed forms
Evaluate opportunities and secure added value to ensure client receives most advantageous package
Issuing client invoicing (prebills/reconciliation), and when necessary, researching and resolving invoice discrepancies, escalating to the appropriate parties
Oversee or perform the necessary functions in the media system as required
Issuing and proofing Traffic matrices and working closely with Traffic dept in the event of changes
Training, proofing, and answering basic questions of Assistant Media Strategist
Remaining up-to-date on client/competition/agency/industry business through trade publications, newspaper articles, textbooks, literature, and other sources

Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in advertising/media agency environment
Experience using Media Systems is a plus!

Familiarity using syndicated research tools (ex: Nielsen, IMS, ComScore, Kantar/Strategy)
Demonstrated understanding of direct marketing and media fundamentals
Strong mathematical skills: comfortable with numbers and analyzing data
Highly proficient in MS Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting
Ability to multi-task while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and organization
A fire in the belly, with the desire to learn and grow and take on increasing responsibility
