Customer Support Specialist - Part-time/Remote

Job Description:

This is a part-time, remote customer support position. The role will be 18-24 hours per week with additional days optional to provide time-off coverage. The position will require 3 days of work - Monday being mandatory with one weekend day, and your 3rd day selection up to you. This role is great for someone looking to break out of the traditional work week!

You are incredible at resolving conflicts. You can turn a tense situation around, and put those around you at ease.

You are passionately curious and love to dig for deeper understanding.

You are very comfortable with softwares and technology. You know how to search out answers to your questions and learn things independently.

About Us is an online nursing education supplement founded in 2015. In 2017 we launched our e-learning subscription platform for nursing students and have seen rapid growth year over year.

Customer Success is one of our highest priorities and as such we provide outstanding customer support. We are currently looking for a master communicator to join our team.

Job Description

  • Provide direct support to our users via email, chat, etc
  • Identify trends and areas of biggest friction for our users
  • Work with the user to gather and track data for technical issues
  • Help users reach their goals with our product
  • Initiate process improvements
  • Use a variety of tools/softwares on a daily basis
  • Track key performance indicators, and maintain excellence
