What you will be doing:
Operate as the strategic lead for clients
Effectively communicate and interact with all other EmpiRx Health departments and suppliers in a manner that fosters teamwork and unity, to benefit the client
Educate clients on best practices in pharmacy and act as SME
Proactively look for areas of improvement in the client experience space
Improving efficiencies and work-flow along with mentorship and training of other CM team members
Execute on a timely basis all client management requests
Interpret current healthcare trends and issues that may affect client strategies
Oversee the client transition from the Go-To-Market Team to the Operations Team, including client implementation, building a strategic roadmap, quality assurance, error resolution and day-to-day oversight
Foster strong relationships both externally and internally
Effectively present group presentations regarding EmpiRx Health operational performance metrics to clients on an as-needed basis to promote client satisfaction, client retention and new partnership opportunities
Perform other responsibilities and projects on an as needed basis

What you need:
7+ years of direct client/account management experience in a healthcare environment.
PBM experience a plus.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously in a high energetic/fast paced environment.
A hunger to provide the best possible customer experience to clients.
A vested interest in the professional development of a young team.
Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM experience a plus.
Ability to travel and present to clients when it is safe to do so.
