match for you. Common App is currently searching for a Senior
Contracts Associate. Reporting to the Director of Contracts and
Procurement, the Senior Contracts Associate is responsible for
managing a robust contract portfolio and supporting the director in
refining and expanding Common App---s contracts, grants, legal and
procurement functions to ensure operational excellence in these
areas. The Senior Contracts Associate will work directly with
program business owners to develop, execute, and manage various
contract vehicles including but not limited to: Member Agreements,
Amendments and Addenda, Master Service Agreements, Non-disclosure
Agreements, Sponsor Agreements, License Agreements, and Grant
Agreements. This individual will serve as the primary point of
contact on leading vehicles through the full lifecycle process in
accordance with applicable policies and procedures. The Senior
Contracts Associate will also play a key role in procurement by
developing and reviewing solicitations, leading internal strategy
meetings, reviewing and evaluating proposal submissions, and
advising program business owners on market data obtained from the
competitive process. Requirements This role requires a
knowledgeable contract and procurement professional who can quickly
learn institutional and program-specifics, foster strong
relationships across the organization, educate and guide program
business owners, and quickly contribute their expertise to enhance
our growing contracts, procurement, grant, and legal functions. The
ideal candidate will possess at least five years of experience
independently managing robust cradle to grave contracts,
procurement and/or grants portfolios in a fast-paced environment. A
bachelor---s degree is required, with a JD highly preferred.
Individuals must have substantial experience drafting, reviewing,
and negotiating broad contract vehicles, including familiarity with
standard contract terms and conditions and effective communication
skills. Expertise in negotiating contracts, pricing and budgets,
along with setting and managing deadlines and customer expectations
will be key. This role is highly customer-facing and will require
relationship building with the ability to lead meetings, educate,
advise and guide business owners on best practices, creative
solutions to challenges, policies, and procedures to related to
contracts, procurement and grants functions. Strong organizational
skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented
