Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day implementation of the content challenge in our
online community and manage our reference program.
Create strategies to increase customer enrollment
Engage with customers in the platform through activities, events,
content, private messages, and discussion boards.
Create compelling, innovative, and rewarding challenges that
encourage advocate participation
Ensure rewards are maintained and approved
Employ a customer centric approach to build relationships with our
customers
Constantly evaluate successes within the hub, identify new
approaches, test, and iterate accordingly
Monitor activity and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
demonstrating success
Skills & Requirements
3-5 years proven experience in a similar customer advocacy or
customer marketing role
A passionate advocate for customers and building relationship and
sharing their stories.
Aptitude for multi-tasking and prioritization in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment
Creative thinker who looks for creatives ways to engage our
customers and create advocates
Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills and can
drive positive interactions with customers
Background with building and structuring a customer reference
program.
You take initiative and make decisions quickly.
Prior experience with Influitive is a plus
