the Content Quality Assurance Supervisor 2 works with key
stakeholders on the Content Production team to ensure instructional
courses meet and exceed quality expectations as well as work
closely with stakeholders to enforce quality standards, and ensure
that courses are released on time. The Content Quality Assurance
Supervisor 2 will advocate for the member experience, and
continually review and assess the testing workflow to implement
improvements. This position will supervise a team of QA
Specialists, providing feedback, training, mentorship, and

employment.Responsibilities:
- Supervise and appraise a team of Content QA Specialists and
provide feedback, training, coaching, and other HR related
functions
- Develop test plans for content testing of instructional
products
- Schedule content testing for internal testing and contracted
testing
- Test instructional content to uncover instructional and
technical bugs
- Act as the voice of and champion for the quality of
instructional training courses
- Validate bug logs and distribute feedback to stakeholders
- Communicate deadlines for bug fixes
- Work with testers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues
- Drive process and workflow changes to increase product quality
and testing efficiency
- Communicate trending issues and propose change through written
and verbal reports
- Enforce testing best practices
- Perform final QA review prior to publication of courses
- Take and enforce timely, consistent, and logically sound
decisions
- Perform other duties as may be assigned QualificationsBasic
qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years in Content QA and/or Software QA
- A minimum of 2 years supervising teams, giving feedback, and
coaching employees
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical
field or related experience
- Experience managing contractors and vendor systems Preferred
qualifications:
- Experience leading teams
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Must be able to build partnerships and communicate effectively
across teams
- Extreme attention to detail, analytical approach, and drive to
excellence
- Self-motivated, driven, resourceful, and able to get things
done
- Strong time management, and organizational and planning
skills
- Track record of handling pressure and tight deadlines with
professionalism
- Testing and/or quality assurance certifications
- Strong understanding in a variety technology and business
subjects such as coding languages and professional soft skills
- Proven ability to research and implement solutions quickly
- Proven record of advocating for end-user experience and have
customer focus
- Experience working with instructional video content
- Experience with UAT, Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and other
testing methodologies
- Proven record of implementing meaningful process change
- Experience using defect tracking systems to document, log, and
manage bugs
- Strong understanding of video production
- Understanding of online video formats and online publication

- 8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is
$78,000/yr. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array
of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to
skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific
office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of
labor considerations.The total compensation package for this
position may also include annual performance bonus, stock and
