Markets Position Sunnova Energy is searching for Account Executive
- Business Markets to be responsible for generating new business
and growing existing accounts. The Account Executive develops new
business and retains and services clients for a specific geographic
region. Thriving in a remote, fast-paced, dynamic environment, the
Account Executive plays a critical role in how solar energy will
influence the community to bring a better future. Account Executive
- Business Markets Responsibilities
- Generating and developing new business to meet specified sales
goals
- Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships
- Responding to all customer inquiries and requests in a timely
and professional manner
- Understanding and communicating information regarding company
products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing
clients
- Functioning as liaison between our customers and our operations
staff
- Ensuring that all required client paperwork is complete,
accurate, and submitted on time
- Possessing and maintaining thorough knowledge of solar industry
product information
- Constantly thinking about how to improve processes
- Providing timely and accurate reports as required
- Attending and participating in business/trade events that
impact business unit
- Attending and participating in team strategic sales meetings
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4+ years' experience in Energy/Solar sales
- Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in energy is a plus
- 5+ years' experience in Solar Install sales or Energy
sales
- Experience with Salesforce software Additional Knowledge,
Skills And Abilities
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel, Word
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and
workflow
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation
skills
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within
constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Working
