Head Of Business Development - REMOTEDESCRIPTION:The Head of Business Development (REMOTE) will commercialize new initiatives by driving novel business opportunities based on consumer insights and market trends. Candidate will work with Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Finance, Sales and Application Engineering to deliver on expectations in alignment with the business unit strategy.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of experts to commercialize innovative platforms across known and new markets.
  • Drive strategic planning and resource allocation to support successful commercialization of identified projects.
  • Utilize necessary project management tools and processes to manage initiatives, track progress, and deliver to agreed-upon timelines.
  • Create value through the development of tailored value propositions, business models, and profit formulas.
  • Drive a pull-through market strategy through direct engagement with targeted brands.
  • Promote collaboration across functions and regions to drive speed and agility.
  • Enhance our brand through market visibility, industry organizations, and brand relationships.
  • Support the innovation process and a robust pipeline of disruptive solutions.
  • Deliver financial results in alignment with the business plan.REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
    • Successful track record in a commercial role especially on new business development.
    • Proven experience and know-how in packaging market is a plus.
    • Highly motivated with the ability to sell and build internal/external networks.
    • Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with disciplined execution.
    • Proven project leadership skills in a complex and diverse environment.
    • A deep understanding of the packaging and converting industry, and key market trends.
    • Strong business acumen skills, that help shape sound financial and strategic decisions.
    • Strategic mindset, leading to a robust strategy development and execution culture.
    • Change Leadership, fostering a progressive and dynamic culture, willing to make bold decisions.
    • Visible leader, with ability to develop and sustain high performing teams that deliver results.
    • Strong ability to market new value propositions, products, and services.
    • Persuasive communication abilities and strong analytical skills with dedicated customer focus.
    • Proven track record in managing complex projects in multi-stakeholder environments.
    • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively collaborate with local and regional teams and motivate others to drive a successful growth agenda in markets under responsibility.
