team in Liberty Lake, WA or Garland, TX. This is a 1st shift
position, and the minimum starting pay is $18.00 per hour, taking

by, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests,
maintaining database and support company sales goals and
objectives. Essential Functions To perform this job successfully,
an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable

to perform the essential functions. Review customer sales orders in
a timely manner to determine best approach to proceed to production
while meeting customer expectations and maintaining standard
processes and guidelines. Possess the ability to negotiate with
customers and make quick, logical decisions to settle on an outcome
to collect funds while staying within guidelines. Resolve
conflicts, clarify requirements, and negotiate resolutions with
external customers. Contact customers through daily phone
discussions, email, or fax correspondence to set up payment
arrangements. Resolve issues or questions with customers concerning
their account such as missing invoices, account credit inquiries,
terms, down payments, credit card information, etc. Process credit
card transactions and other electronic payments methods. Manage
assigned territories of accounts by communicating and following up
with customers to resolve outstanding account issues while
providing necessary correspondence and direction as needed. Discuss
unusual customer requests, outstanding issues, or demands with the
Senior Account Services Specialist. Place customer accounts with
outside collection agencies as needed. Perform other duties as
assigned. Skills and Abilities Strong analytical problem-solving
skills to be able to identify and resolve unique problems. Must be
highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks and
priorities. Ability to maintain confidential information. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal
skills. Ability to influence and adapt to continuous improvement
driven change. Preferred Requirements Education & Experience High
School Graduate/GED required Two-year degree in Accounting,
Business or a similar degree preferred. 3+ years of cash
applications, credit, and collections, and/or customer service
experience. Computer literacy including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
