Job Description:
A content company is seeking a Remote SaaS Finance
Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Data entry and bookkeeping tasks using financial software such as
Twinfield, Odoo, Exact
Assist with the management of accounts payable and accounts
receivable
Process and track invoices, including issuing invoices to clients
and reconciling payments received
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
You're fluent in English, both written and verbally
You have 1-5 years of experience in a financial assistant or
similar role
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate
financial records
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient user of Excel / Sheets (vlookup, pivot tables, data
validation, data visualisation)
Prior experience with accounting software such as Twinfield, Odoo,
Exact
