growth, quality, and delicious food! The Senior Director of
Marketing for the Retail Business Unit is responsible for setting
the strategy and achieving profitable growth of the 1 frozen
Mexican food brand El Monterey in the US. In this role you will be
a member of the leadership team and a key influencer in all aspects
of the retail business including innovation, digital strategy,
revenue growth management, and go to market strategies. This
position is accountable for achieving profitable growth and annual
P&L targets for the business while ensuring the El Monterey
brand is relevant for the next generation. COMPENSATION:
$215,000-$250,000/Year DOE, Bonus Eligible RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership: Shape future priorities of the brand and
develop plans to achieve overarching business goals and objectives.
Brand Stewardship: Drive brand equity, positioning, and powerful
storytelling to maximize consumer engagement. Innovation :
Spearhead innovation and partner with R&D to ensure portfolio
delivers meaningful value for consumers today and tomorrow. Digital
: Build omnichannel strategies, optimize digital touchpoints, and
bring new solutions to improve marketing efficiency and the
consumer experience. Business Impact : Partner with sales on
go-to-market strategies to achieve profitable growth and align
marketing with commercial success. Data & Insights : Monitor market
trends, competitive dynamics, and syndicated data to bring thought
leadership and measurable results to the business. Cross-Functional
Leadership : Inspire and unify teams across Sales, E-commerce,
R&D, Finance, and external agencies to achieve objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or
related field; MBA a plus. 10 years proven marketing experience,
preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) food / beverage
industry. Excellent strategic thinking, creativity, and business
acumen. Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data
into actionable insights; IRI/Nielsen experience required. Proven
leadership in digital marketing. Ability to unite stakeholders,
drive collaboration, and influence the c-suite.
