Job Description:

A client is seeking Service Desk Technicians for a remote opportunity. We are looking for someone to provide support via phone, e-mail and chat to employees of corporate clients. These candidates will be assisting users in troubleshooting Outlook, Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows7, Windows 10), and Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office365). There will be mobile device troubleshooting, including configuration and email sync. The Technicians will handles 50-60 issues per day efficiently and appropriately while maintaining regular and punctual attendance. They will be utilizing Active Directory database to reset network passwords and assists users in adding and changing network printers.Must Haves: 1 year experience in call center or service desk environmentKnowledge of various PC hardware and software applications including: Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows 10Office 365 Support End-user self-service toolsCloud support - multiple device data syncingServiceNow or other ticketing systems Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office365, Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc. Internet Service Provider (ISP), Cable Modem, and Internet Support.Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills Experience navigating a knowledgebase Proficient use of Microsoft Office applicationby Jobble
