Job Description:

Summary / Position Purpose:
The BA/QA will report to the Development and Business Systems Manager and serve as a Technology Liaison and partner with business representatives to identify needs, define, prioritize, and document requirements for solutions to address business opportunities for all Sales Teams, Customer Service, and Marketing areas. They will also lead or participate in performing testing and partner with HR/Training team and project teams to ensure requirements traceability all the way through training. While there are a variety of systems, the primary systems and technology involved are Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud), B2B Commerce, and Pardot. Other key work activities could user security, page layouts, data and lead management, custom setting updates, and general support of Salesforce and other related technology administrative duties.

Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:
Learn key technology and processes for each respective area and serve as a subject matter expert
Build and foster relationships with business users, stakeholders, and partners by displaying process, system, and industry knowledge.
Analyze current business processes, and champion improvements of business processes that increase accuracy and efficiency
Prepare and maintain detailed records, documentation, and reports to provide information for summaries, presentations, and ad hoc reports
As necessary, assess new requests (service requests and projects) to clarify and develop standards for initial requests to improve efficiencies
Lead and drive new business requirements
Participate in technical design and requirements meetings to ensure requirements are met and not over engineered
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of data and information sources and resources
Assess training needs, create, and assist as necessary to develop or update training materials and user documentation as well as provide user training
Develop and maintain an enterprise level knowledge of dependencies in requirements that may influence other business processes or IT systems

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required:
Min 5 + years' experience working with different ERP and CRM systems related projects, with preferences for someone with GP Dynamics and Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp, document, and communicate sales team's business processes, technologies, culture, and challenges.
Proven ability to be an interface between business users and IT teams to facilitate large and small-scale requests, user training, and testing for small and complex projects.
Ability to perform stakeholder analysis and communicate effectively with the business and technical teams at all levels.
Demonstrates basic technical aptitude coupled with strong knowledge of sales/marketing, accounting, quote-to-cash business standards and best practices, and ability to quickly gain deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements, test plans, and training.
Proven experience using structured, disciplined approaches to develop, document, perform and/or lead UAT testing for service requests and larger projects.
Proven skills to produce necessary project documentation including business/data requirements, data flows, process diagrams, functional designs, test strategy, test plans, and training using Microsoft Office.
As needed, provide production support or system rollouts on nights and weekends
Preferred:
Salesforce Administration certifications and/or related work experience
Knowledge of both Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms
Knowledge of Pardot
Knowledge of Salesforce and CTI technologies
Knowledge of Salesforce B2B (CloudCraze)
Personal goals to move toward solution architect role.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is acceptable
SF Administration Certification
Prefer Working on additional relevant certifications (CAP, ECBA, CCBA, etc.)

Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
