Job SummaryThe Senior Recruiter is responsible for creating strategies, programs, and tools needed to locate, identify, and attract qualified candidates in sufficient numbers to meet growth objectives. Ensures recruitment processes are EEOC/OFFCP compliant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities---Creates the strategies, programs, and tools needed to locate, identify and attract qualified candidates in sufficient numbers to meet growth objectives---Ensures recruitment processes are EEOC/OFFCP compliant; effectively documents all steps in the recruiting process, disposition all candidates---Assists in creating and maintaining a positive employment brand through the use of social media, career fairs, recruitment advertising and college recruiting---Establishes consultative relationships with hiring managers and executives---Participates in manpower forecasting and succession planning, partnering with HR Business Partners in organizational development---Works closely with hiring managers to identify their needs and defines the capabilities and experience needed for successful hires---Full cycle recruiting for ALL disciplines of Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Project Controls, Construction Professionals, IT/Telecom, Finance, and Human Resources to support the world's most challenging Engineering Design/Build Projects. Recruits highly engaged candidates that fit the Company's culture---Offer Negotiation, offer presentation, and on boarding of candidates/new hires---Ad hoc projects as required---Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities---Willingness and ability to travel to other regional and project office sites if needed---Exceptional organization and coordination skills---Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)---High attention to detail---Excellent written and verbal communication skills---Comfortable in presenting to senior managers and executives---Ability to influence hiring managers and executives---Ability to manage multiple hiring managers and manage conflicts that may arise
Minimum Requirements---High School Diploma or GED required---Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred---2+ years of experience
