OverviewOpen locations-Elk Grove Village, IL, Irving TX, Jacksonville, FLWe are seeking a senior-level Solution Analyst/System Engineer to design strategic solutions related to Digital and Commercial applications. - -As a member of the Integration Services & Commercial Delivery team, you will be a technical leader who partners with Product Owners and Enterprise Architecture to support an CRS Agile Release Train (ART).The Solutions Architect works with agile product development teams to design and implement architecture that enables quality of highly integrated applications. You will be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional scrum team, aligned with one or more product workstreams to develop and deliver digital solutions that push the limits of continuous improvement and innovation of our technology stack. The Solution Analyst/System Engineer will also work with business and IT leadership to develop and maintain product-level roadmaps supporting business and technology strategies.Qualifications:Must Have:

• Proven ability to problem-solve, plan, scope, and provide estimates for work effort, producing quality deliverables on time and on budget
• Experience designing event drive microservice architecture
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it, in alignment with Enterprise Architecture.
• Understand potential impacts of proposed solutions on other systems, processes, or projects. -Assist teams by providing appropriate direction, design considerations, tradeoffs, benefits, and recommendations.
• Constantly develop knowledge of current and emerging technologies. Identify new and emerging solutions, assesses their relevance and potential value to the organization and provide recommendations to teammates and management.
• Participate in the day-to-day execution of the Enterprise Architecture strategy -
• Aid in steering the technology direction and standards within the ART.Preferred:
• Cloud Computing Experience (AWS, Google, Azure)
• Experience with banking data models and financial services (fintech) systems
• 6-10 years of experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
• Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
• Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysisEducation:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceCertifications
