Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst (Remote)
specializing in Quality, STARS & Risk Adjustment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in data exploration and analysis using various programming
languages and database structures
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and
business recommendations
Lead the design, development, and delivery of data solutions while
mentoring team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science,
Statistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent
experience
8 years of experience in an analytical or quantitative role
Experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of Medicare
risk adjustment is preferred
Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, and Excel
Familiarity with claims data and analytical tools is beneficial
