Many of the world's largest brands use Basis Technologies' automation to accelerate innovation, ensure continuous quality and enable agile delivery across SAP software landscapes.--We are looking to hire Sales Leaders and Salespersons across our locations based in Dallas, Texas, London and Europe. These roles are critical as we continue to build out a world-class sales organization and grow our presence in North America and Europe.Sales Leader - North America:This role will ideally suit an SAP eco-system experienced sales team builder/leader and sales executor who has ambition to help us grow the US business and consolidate the dominant position our SAP focused DevOps and Testing automation platform has obtained.This role requires a measured and mature leader who is looking for the opportunity to shape and develop and market in a strategic manner. The candidate will have experience selling to large Blue-Chip clients in a large Tier One software organization. Preferably SAP or one of the ecosystem partners.--Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building and leading a world class team that will sell Basis Technologies' solutions via appropriate and value-based market penetration strategies.Build and expand a team of high caliber sales talent, introduce strong sales processes, supports the development of a full pipeline of sales prospects, engages customers and Partners at the executive level, motivates the sales team, resolve conflicts,Remove barriers and provide recognition in the pursuit and achievement of sales revenue and profitability.Define a vision and create a winning strategy that draws upon the strengths of Basis Technologies and responds to specific market needs, generating competitive advantage in existing markets and developing consistent new revenue streams that will guarantee short and particularly long-term achievements.Develop and apply an in-depth understanding of Basis Technologies' processes/ procedures and sales tools/systems as well as enterprise market, marketplace, strategies and trends, competitors and competitive tactics to develop an effective long-term sales strategy and plan.Demonstrate an outstanding execution track along the sales cycle, ensuring Basis Technologies' sales methodologies and common processes are in place and defining clear territory engagement guidelines.Monitor and take necessary measures to ensure adequate pipeline of opportunities and demand generation for sustainable growth.Utilize a disciplined approach for successful selling, establishing and maintaining accurate, timely and documented sales revenue forecasting procedures, providing required updates to Basis Technologies executive management.Ensure there is a proper business case with clear and attractive ROI impact, on each proposal Basis Technologies presents.Build a network of executive relationships across industry, community and business groups, and with key partners and customers to stay current on issues impacting business and sales, providing meaningful strategic advice to retain and grow their business through Dev Ops and Testing for SAP solutions.Stay current and informed on all new campaigns, understanding their objectives and relevance, whilst communicating this to Sales team and ensuring all involved know the roles they play in making campaigns successful.Support the development of solid references.Drive the sales team towards expected market penetration and customers/partners satisfaction levels.--Takes advantage of internal Teams as well as development and support organizations, involving them on the early stages of sales cycle and driving expected results.--Inspire and influence internal stakeholders, experts and other resources not under direct control, helping to remove obstacles and aimed at goal achievement.--Coach each sales team member toward expected quarterly and annual sales objectives.--Facilitate alignment and effective communication within sales team, the sales--internal/external key partners/customers and promptly resolve any conflict to encourage harmonious and productive interaction.--Facilitate individual growth and development of Sales team, setting objectives, performance standards and priorities, coaching and acting as role model on sales approaches and account leadership.--Effectively manages remote resources, dedicating quality time and leverage company's resources efficiently.Requirements and Personal Attributes--------------Bachelor's Degree--------------15+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions--------------Proven track record in business application software sales.--------------Experience leading/managing in a team selling environment.--------------Demonstrated success with complex, long-cycle sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.
