The purpose of this role is to develop and strengthen relationships between Infor and our valued customers within an assigned territory. Candidates will be responsible for achieving revenue goals on a continuous basis by becoming a trusted and credible partner to our customers, generating pipeline, and effectively prospecting into target accounts, and closing business. This is an excellent opportunity for goal-oriented individuals to be a part of the largest privately owned business applications company in the world.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:Leverage multi-channel communication (phone, email, social, etc.) to engage with customers and articulate valueUncover, qualify and close strategic revenue opportunities within your assigned territoryResearch, question and listen to our customers to fully understand needs and present solutions to fulfill their requirementsDrive complex sales cycles working alongside your internal account team (presales, solution consulting, services, field reps etc.) to maximize our customer's investment with InforDevelop and accelerate strong business relationships with key decision makers and influencers within your accountsResponsible for accurate and timely revenue forecasting and CRM updatesAssist customers in the transition to cloud productsWhat You Will Need:4-year college degree, or relevant work experienceSpecific oil, gas and energy industry experience2+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record exceeding quota (B2B, technology space preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detailAbility to manage time effectively as well as manage multiple concurrent sales cyclesEnthusiastic about working in a fun, competitive and collaborative work environment.An entrepreneurial mindset, but are also a team playerAlignment with Infor's core values; a sense of urgency, a passion for customer success, a thirst for innovation, a focus on results and a sense of communityInfor Values:Our Guiding Principles set the standard for how we work with one another.
