visit www.comtech.com. Purpose: Own and grow strategic Tier-1
mobile operator relationships in North America, expanding revenue
beyond renewals into new solutions, new use cases, and multi-year
transformation programs. This role is responsible for deepening
executive-level engagement, proactively identifying monetization
opportunities across messaging, location, emergency services, and
emerging APIs, and translating operator priorities into sustained
revenue growth and pipeline creation. Responsibilities: Act as the
primary commercial owner for assigned Tier-1 operator accounts,
with full responsibility for revenue growth, account strategy, and
executive relationships. Proactively identify and drive new
opportunities across SMSC modernization, WEA evolution,
MLC/location monetization, CAMARA APIs, and Edge/AI-enabled LMF.
Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned with
operators’ network transformation, cloud-native, and enterprise
monetization strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships
with C-level, VP, and Director stakeholders across Technology,
Network, Product, and Procurement. Create and manage a healthy
sales pipeline, including forecasting, deal qualification, and
value-based selling. Collaborate closely with Product Management,
Engineering, and Delivery teams to shape solutions, influence
roadmaps, and ensure successful deployments. Lead contract
negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial structures,
including license, SaaS, and usage-based models. Represent the
company at industry forums, customer workshops, and executive
briefings as a trusted advisor. Requirements: Strong understanding
of mobile network architectures and services, including SMSC,
WEA/911, location services (MLC/LMF/GMLC), and emerging API
frameworks such as CAMARA. Proven ability to sell complex,
high-value software solutions to Tier-1 mobile operators.
Consistently meet/exceed sales quota. Demonstrated success in
proactive account management, pipeline creation, and closing
strategic deals. Executive presence with excellent communication,
negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Comfort in
operating in technically complex, multi-stakeholder sales
environments. 10 years of enterprise or telecom sales experience,
with a minimum of 7 years managing Tier-1 mobile operators in North
America. Track record of growing revenue within existing Tier-1
accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and new solution adoption.
Experience selling network software, cloud-native platforms,
signaling, messaging, location, or security solutions. Familiarity
with long sales cycles, RFP-driven environments, and complex
commercial negotiations. Experience working with cross-functional
global teams (product, engineering, delivery, legal, finance).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer
Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred but
